Contributions to Trinh Ha for Congress are not deductible for federal income tax purposes. Corporate contributions are prohibited. Partnerships, LLCs, and other unincorporated entities may contribute, but must include the name of one or more owners to whom to attribute the contribution and in what proportion. Washington law requires that all contributors must provide their name and address regardless of the amount of the contribution. We also collect contributors’ employer and occupation information to report as required. State employees are prohibited from donating and should disregard any contribution request. All donations are final unless prohibited by relevant law. By contributing, you are affirming that you are a United States citizen, that the funds are in your name, and are not provided by any other person or entity.
